Number 1: The Freedom Writers
The Freedom Writers was on my top 10 favorite movie list. It showed more of reality and how one person can spark something in kids and begin to show them how to change and lead them on how to become a better person. Many times people feel the need that they need to change someone, but really no one can change someone, the only thing that you can change is how you act and then hope that inspires someone else. I also liked the whole thing of seeing them work in that fundraiser raising money and working for bringing in the lady who held Anne Frank and her family in hiding. There was only one thing that I didn't like and I know that bad things happen but I didn't like the thing where the husband left Erin. I love how supportive the dad was towards her and how he was the one who helped her when they had field trips, he was the one that was there. This is one of those movies I would watch over and over again.

With you on the watching this one over and over again. This type of movie fascinates me, stirs something in me that I want to make sure stays stirred. Speaking of Anne Frank you should see The Whole Story: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6OPtrp6Nds Did you know her father actually survived and he along with Miep Gies (her character is in Freedom Writers) are the reason we have Anne's Diary.
