The Last Song Redo

TLS was a very eye opening movie for me. I normally try to put myself in the people in movies, shoes but for some reason this one was pretty easy to do. Ronnie's dad and mom was divorced. She had a little brother. It was like my life only on tv. Her anger toward the dad was like mine. She also loved animals like me. When her dad gets cancer, she realized how mean she actually was to him and tried to make it up. This is a very good message because it is basically saying, to make everyday worthwhile and treat everyone the way you would want to treat someone everyday because it could be their last. It also talked about trust. Trust is a big thing . The only real thing I didn't like, but it was just a personal thing I guess.. was how Ronnie and that guy got back together; but that is just me.

Number 10: The Last Song

I don't know how I feel about this movie. All I know, is that it was sad. Except for the one part that everyone knew was going to happen, Ronnie and Will get back together.. just like every other movie..

Number 9: A Walk to Remember

The whole movie I was thinking: I want something like this, and not one second did that thought ever leave my mind. This was the sweetest, yet sad love movies. I love Carter's love for Jamie, and how he builds that telescope, and complete's all of her list. I love how he went through the dad for the first date. I love how when she was in the hospital, he stayed by her bedside, day and night. I love how he learned how to dance for her. I love how he stood up for her when that picture was being passed around. I love the way he looked at her and she looked at him in the wedding.  I love how he is still going through with medical school.  I love how Jamie gave her mom's book to Carter and Carter gave it to her dad. I love the reunion that Carter and his dad had.

I want a Carter in my life.

Number 8: A League of Their Own

This movie was awesome. I loved every bit of it. I don't think that I could pick out a favorite part in this movie. I think the ending was bitter sweet. I hate that Dottie's team lost but like that Kim's team won. I LOVE the ending. It was soo sweet; gave me chill bumps.

Number 7: For Love of the Game

I saw the ending before I saw the beginning so I knew what was going to happen, but I think that this was a really sweet "fairy tale" as you could say. They cheated on each other, he slept with other girls.. yet at the end they still ended up staying together. I don't know if it is just me, but if a guy did that while we were supposedly "talking" he would be gone..

Aside from the love part, his dedication and persistence was very inspirational. I liked the way that the dad treated the daughter like his own, even though she wasn't. I also like how the team ended up winning and he pitched a perfect game :)

Number 6: 8 Seconds

This movie was so sad.. Yes.. sad. I couldn't get into it at the beginning(guys on bulls make me a nervous wreck and that is all I saw) and so about half way through I really started watching it. Lane I have to say was a cutie pie, but had to be the biggest airhead I have ever seen/watched/heard of whatever you call it. He had Elsie who a) dropped out of college for him b) traveled all around the country for him c) lived in a trailer for him. Could he not see that she was head over hills for him? I hate that it took both of them cheating on each other to realize what they had, and how it all went wrong. I'm glad that they ended up getting back together, and all.. let me just stop there. But it was soo sad how he got killed and how he didn't get to build her that house in the pasture. My heart literally drops on thinking about that.

Number 5: Mona Lisa's Smile

I just couldn't get into this movie. I actually ended up dozing off watching it. I don't know what was so bad about this one it just didn't interest me. I like the whole teacher encouraging students going to college.. kinda reminded me of a teacher I have.. other than that I can't say it was too good.
